Welcome to Birth Well Colorado Springs! My name is Vanessa Stepan and I provide childbirth education, birth doula support and photography packages to educate, support and document your most precious and transformative season of life. As a military spouse, certified ToLabor Birth Doula and certified Birth Boot Camp Childbirth Educator (2015-2023), I am excited to serve my community here in Colorado Springs, CO. My heart is for educating couples with all the information needed and empowering them to have a beautiful pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum journey.

**Tricare Update (March 19, 2025): Due to unforeseen and unresolved TriWest system errors since 1/1/25, I am temporarily no longer accepting Tricare insurance until further notice. As soon as they are able to process doula claims again, I do plan to accept Tricare as an in network provider..

Doula Support
As a birth doula, I provide continuous support throughout labor, birth and the immediate postpartum. I proudly accept TriCare insurance (meaning no out of pocket costs for my TriCare clients) and I am an APPROVED doula at Beginnings Birth Center.
