“My husband and I took Vanessa’s boot camp class, and loved it so much we decided to hire her as our Doula. My husband was against having a Doula until we took her class and he understood what she does. She truly changed our birthing experience. She knows her pressure points and was able to counter pressure when I had my contractions. This made my contractions sooo much less painful. As we roamed the hallways of the hospital she carried around a birthing stool for me to sit on with each contractions- God I loved that thing. She was able to help me breath through the contractions, she brought in my favorite essential oils and a sent diffuser, along with a salt lamp and cooling clothes. My room smelled like a spa, she made it as relaxing as a hospital room can be. When time came to push, she helped relive some of my tension through pressure points and keeping me cool. She took amazing shots of our daughter coming into the world. Photos that I will cherish forever, she captured the moment perfectly.

She then stayed after to make sure I was comfortable, she helped me with breast feeding, and even let us borrow her scent diffuser and salt lamp so we could continue our relaxing spa journey in the postpartum unit.

I highly recommend Vanessa. Go to her birth class and see for yourself how knowledgeable and helpful she is.
